Who makes changes to the site?
Your coaches, by typing them in plain English. The site shows what will change before it does it, and every change has an undo. Anything it cannot do itself comes to us and is reflected within 48 hours.
Do coaches need training?
No. There is no onboarding call and no training binder. Sign in with an emailed link, type what you want changed, confirm.
Where does the film come from?
Each athlete's public Hudl highlights are pulled onto their profile automatically. Coaches can also paste a YouTube or Vimeo link or upload a clip.
What does the recruiting coordinator have to do each week?
Read one email a week and forward sections to coaches. Post the graphics that are already made.
Who posts to social media?
The school. The graphics and captions are made for you. Direct posting to X and Facebook is not offered.
Is student contact information public?
Never. Recruiter requests go to your coordinator's inbox.
Can we keep our web address?
Yes. One DNS change points it at the platform.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price with everything included, plus a one-time setup. We size it to your program on a short call. Sponsorships are built into every site at $250 and $100 a month, and everything you sell comes off your cost.
Who sells the sponsorships?
The school. The site gives sponsors 10 to 15 placements a week in season and a page of their own.
What happens to seniors after graduation?
They come off the site automatically after graduation. Nothing is deleted.
Can we see it before deciding?
Yes. sanditerecruiting.com is live, and we will put up a version of your own site before the first call.
