Type the change. Confirm. It is live.
No training session, no onboarding call, no tickets, no waiting on a vendor. Coaches sign in from their school’s site with an emailed link. There are no passwords.
The request box is the training.
"Move Friday's kickoff to 7:30." "Remove Coach Briggs from the baseball staff." "Add an About paragraph to Autumn Vale's card." The site shows exactly what it will do before it does it. When it is not sure who is meant, it asks.
Anything it cannot do on its own is sent to NextLevl with a note to the coach, and it is reflected within 48 hours. When it is done, the coach gets an email.
Every change has an undo.
The dashboard lists every change anyone has made, newest first, each with an Undo. Undo works in order: undoing an older change also unwinds anything newer on the same field.
Athletes
The whole roster, filterable by sport, class and live or draft. Edit details, an About paragraph, per-sport seasons and stats, past seasons, the headshot, a photo per sport, and film by Hudl link or upload.
Import
Upload the roster spreadsheet. The site shows who is new, changed or missing before anything goes live. A photo column of links fetches headshots in the background. One undo reverses the whole import.
Headshots
Drop the photographer's folder or zip. Photos are matched to athletes by name, backgrounds removed, resized for the web.
Results
Enter a score and the post-game graphic is made. Add standout performances if you want; the graphic and the caption update.
Packages
Pick a set of athletes for a specific college program and send one link. The college coach sees clean profiles with film. No login.
Ready to post
Every graphic with its caption written: post-game, game-day, recruiting education. Download, copy the caption, post.
Sponsors
Add a sponsor, its logo and its level. It appears on the site, in the next graphics and in the emails.
Emails
See exactly what the weekly email, the scores reminder and the monthly roster check will say, and send yourself a copy any time.
School admin sees everything. A coach manages their athletes and results. A scores-and-posts login, for an athletic coordinator who enters results and posts the graphics, sees only those two tabs.
