What runs with nobody touching anything.
The parts of the season that run on their own. Click through the four that matter most.
Once a week, the recruiting coordinator gets a plain update with a section for every sport in season: results, standouts, what is coming, and the recruiting dates that matter for the athletes actually on the roster. Each section forwards cleanly to that program's coach.
Game-day graphics are ready each morning, the post-game graphic is ready moments after a score goes in, and a recruiting education post ships every week. All of it in your colors, with your crest and your sponsor, captions written.
The site keeps itself current and tells the right person what is missing before anyone has to ask. Film lands on profiles automatically. Anything that needs a human comes to us, and it is reflected within 48 hours.
After graduation, seniors come off the public site automatically. Nothing is deleted, and everything is recoverable.
There is more running underneath than we list on a page. The demo site shows it better than copy can.
Read it. Forward it. Done.
The coordinator's whole job is reading one email a week and forwarding sections to coaches. The graphics are already made. The dates are already computed from the roster.
